ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of order, dated 19.11.2013, in W.P.No.30057 of 2013. At the hearing, Sri Nimmagadda Satyanarayana, learned counsel for the petitioners, submitted that his clients are not interested in pursuing the contempt case in view of the stand taken by respondent No.3 in his counter affidavit that he is not interfering with their possession of the property.

The contempt case is accordingly closed.
