THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.26302 of 2009 ORDER:

Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

This writ petition is filed declaring the action of the respondents in calling the petitioner to the respondent police station without any reason or cause as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere with the peaceful life of the petitioner and his family. This Court, by order dated 03.12.2009 directed the respondents not to interfere with the peaceful life of the petitioner and his family without following due process of law.

In view of the said interim order, no further orders are necessary in the present Writ Petition and the same is accordingly closed. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
