CVNR,J & TA,J C.M.A.No.183 of 2018 JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This civil miscellaneous appeal is filed against order, dated 03.08.2017, in I.A.No.1559 of 2015 in O.S.No.984 of 2015, on the file of learned XXIV Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

Today, by a separate order passed in I.A.No.2 of 2018, we have declined to condone the delay in filing the present civil miscellaneous appeal. As a result thereof, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal stands rejected.

As a sequel to rejection of the appeal, I.A.No.1 of 2018 filed by the appellants for interim relief stands dismissed as infructuous.
