ORDER
This Transfer Criminal Petition is frled seeking to withdraw DVC No.3 of 2015 from the Court of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Godavarikhani, Karimnagar District and to transfer the same to any Magistrate Court at Hyderabad.
Today, the matter is listed under the caption 'infructuous matters' and when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, based on the e-courts case status report, would submit that after full-fledged trial, the matter has resulted in acquittal of the accused, by order dated 23'07'20i8 of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Godavarikhani, Karimnagar District, and as such, the present transfer criminal petition filed cloes not require further consideration by this Court' Having regard to the submissions made as above, no further ordcrs need be passed in the present transfer criminal petition' Accordingly, the transfer criminal petition is closed However, the petitioners are at liberty to file a petition seeking to reopen the matter, in the event the said DVC has not been disposed of by the trial Court as noted above.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal etition shall stand closed.
