Heard Sri K.Rathanga Pani Reddy, learned counsel 'for the petitioners, Smt. S.Sravanthi, learned Assistant Government'Pleader i for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.l to 3 and Ms. G.Jhansi, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.4. Perused the material on record.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, basing on tlre letter dated 01.05.2025 bearing Lr.No.B/sLs/2o25 issued by respondent'No.3, submits that the petitioners' allegation tl:at the i i respond.ents commenced laying the road, but instead of laying it to the existing 2o foot width pathway, laid a 3o foot wide road by,taklng \ ) ) t
over the Jrctitioners'land without acquiring the same, is false and baseless. F\rrther, the respord..rt" have not interfered with tl.e ,, possessiorr of the petitioners over the subject lands and the road has been laid strictly i'accordance with the tonch map. Therefore, the petitionersr'allegation that the respond.ents have not complied with the ord'ersi of t].is court is also false and baseless. In view of tl,e sarne, the cause no longer survives for adjulication and no further orders are required to be passed in this matter. 3'
on the other hand, learined counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty fo' the petitioners to approach appropriate authority for redressal of their grievances.
4. In view of the above subrnissions made by both sides, t].is Contempt case is closed, granting liberty to the petitionerj i. agitate their rights before t].e appropriate forum in accordance with law. There shaltl be no order as to costs.
