THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.26062 of 2009 ORDER:

Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

This writ petition is filed declaring the action of respondents 3 and 4 in seizing the petitioner's Theatre on 26-11-2009, as illegal and arbitrary.

This Court, by order dated 01.12.2009 granted interim direction as prayed for. However, liberty is given to the respondents-licensing authority to inspect the petitioner-theatre for compliance of all requirements viz., fire fighting equipment, electrical certification, storage or water etc., and to take appropriate action. In view of the said interim order, no further orders are necessary in the present Writ Petition and the same is accordingly closed. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
