ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the action of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in not releasing essential commodities to the petitioner's fair price shop No.9 of Kambampadu Village, Nujendla Mandal, Guntur District as illegal and arbitrary. At the hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (AP) placed before the Court a copy of the proceedings bearing Rc.No.1435/2014-B, dated 29.12.2014, of respondent No.2, whereby he has restored the petitioner's authorisation and directed respondent No.3 to allow the petitioner to distribute the essential commodities. In view of this subsequent development, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.

As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.50989 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
