In all these cases, it is the case of the petitioners that the authorizations of their respective fair-price shop dealership was suspended on 19-11-2016 and they filed appeals along with stay petitions on 17-12-2016 respectively. The same are not being disposed of. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petitions are filed. Both counsel state that in similar circumstances, this Court disposed of writ petitions directing to dispose of the stay petitions within two weeks and the appeals within three months.
In view of the same, these writ petitions are disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the appeals filed by the petitioners respectively within three (3) months and stay petitions within two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
