This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr'P C' seeking to quash the proceedings in CC No 407 ol 2013 on the fi1e of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Bodhan' Today, the matter is listed under the caption 'infructuous matters' and when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, based on the e-courts case status report, would submit that after full-fledged trial, the matter has resulted in acquittal of the accused, by order dated 11'05'2018 of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Bodhan, and as such' the present quash petition filed does not require further consideration by this court.
Having regard to the submissions made as above, no further the present criminal Petition.
orders need be Passed 1n Accordingly, the criminal petition 1S closed. Horvever, the petitioners are at liberty to file a petition seeking to reopen the matter, in the event the said CC has not been disposed of by the trial Court as noted above.
