This Company Application is filed seeking to pass order directing the Official Liquidator to furnish the information in regard to the process and progress relating to winding up of the respondent company in pursuance of the orders of this Court dated 21.09.2013 passed in C.P.Nos.168 of 2009 and 33 of 2011. Application of this nature is misconceived and not maintainable. However, the learned counsel appearing for the Official Liquidator submits that the Official Liquidator will furnish necessary information as sought by the petitioner.
