Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

This writ petition is filed questioning the demand notice, dated 24-092008. Both the learned counsel submits that the relief sought for in this writ petition is squarely covered by the common order passed by this Court in W.P.No.17660 of 2010 and batch, dated 10-04-2012. However, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that subsequent to the said order, this Court passed another order in W.P.No.23710 of 2008 and batch, dated 19-11-2013, dismissing the writ petitions. Following the order passed in W.P.No.23710 of 2008 and batch, dated 19-11-2013, this writ petition is dismissed. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
