ORDER :

Mr.Abdul Najeeb Khan, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of subsequent development, petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition. Learned counsel also addressed letter dated 10.12.2019 to the Registry to that effect. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
