This Contempt Case is filed complaining violation of the order of this Court dated 23.06.2025 passed in W.p. No.3p118 of 2022.

3. The relevant oortion of the Judqmentof this Court dated 3.06.2025 passed in W,P. No. 3O 118 of 2022 is extracted here nder:

cc 1115 2026 "The writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to put forth the petitioner's grievance as put forth in the present writ petition as well as petitioner's representation dated 26,O7,2O2L addressed to the Telangana State Medical Council, Sultan Bazar, Hyderabad afresh through a representation addressed to the 2nd respondent, seeking reconsideration of petitioner's reimbursement claim of Rs.5,84,6O9/- out of which 2nd respondent had only sanctioned Rs.1,OO,OOO/- and for release of balance amount of Rs.4,84,6O9l- as per petitioner's legal entitlement as per G.O.Ms.No.97, dated 07,06,2OL7, within a period of one ( 1) week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and upon the petitioner approaching the 2nd respondent herein seeking disbursement of the balance claim of Rs.

4,84,6O91- for the medical expenses incurred by the petitioner for the treatment of the petitioner's wife for Pan Colonic Diverticulosis as per G.O.Ms.No.g7, dated 07,O6,2OL7 and upon the 2nd respondent receiving the said representation the respondent No.2 shall consider the same as per G.O.Ms.No.g7, dated 07,O6,2Ot7 and pass appropriate orders v,rith one ( 1) week thereafter and duly communicate the decision on the said representation to the petitioner herein. However, there shall be no order as to costs".

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-I, appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 2 brings on record the Proceedings vide Rc.No'52633/l'1A-C/ 2024, dated 21.04.2026 of the Director of Medical Education, Government of Telangana, Koti, Hyderabad and contends that the order of this Court dated 23.06.2025 passed in W.P. No.30118 of 2022 had been duly complied with. Hence, Contempt Case needs to be closed.

5. A bare perusal of the said proceedings dated 21.04.2026 indicates that in pursuance to the order of this Court dated 23.06.2025 passed in W.P. No.30118 of 2022, the petitioner made a representation dated 03.07.2025 tor reimbursement claim of Rs,5,84,609/- out of which 2nd respondent had sanctioned Rs.1,00,000/- only and for release of balance amount of Rs.4,84,609/-, the Director of Medical Education, Government of Telangana, Koti, Hyderabad advised the petitioner to approach his Parent Department to forward his grievances for balance claim amount before the Standing Committee vide office letter Rc.No. Spl/M A.C/2025, dated 11.08.2025 and the petitioner

cc t7'15 2026 had also made representation dated 23'09'20b duly acknowledging the receipt of the said letter dated f 1.08.2025 and therefore, this Court opines it is incorrect to state that the orders of this Court had not been complied with.

Takino into onsider tion (a) The aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, (b) The submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader, appearing on behalf of respondents, (c) The order of this Court dated 23.06'2025 passed in W.P. No. 30118 ol 2022, (d) The contents of the proceedings vide Rc'No' 52633/MA-C/2024, dated 21'04.2026 issued by the Director of Medical Education, Govt. of Telangana, Koti, Hyderabad, (e) The admitted fact that, pursuant to the orders of this Court dated 23,06.2025 passed in W'P' No.30118 of 2022, the petitioner submitted a

cc n15 2026 representation seeking redressa! of petitioner's grievance, The said representation was duly considered by the competent authority and was disposed of vide Rc.No.Spl/MA.C/2025, dated 11.08.2O25, wherein the petitioner was informed that 2"d respondent had sanctioned Rs.1,OO,OOO/- I only and the petitioner was further advised to approach his parent department for claiming the balance amount, payable to him, This Court opines that there is no contempt as alleged by the petitioner and it is open to the petitioner to avail the remedies as are available to the petitioner pertaining to the final orders vide Proceedings Rc.No.52633/ MA-C12024, dated 2L.O4.2O26 issued to the petitioner by the Director of Medical Education, Government of Telangana, Koti, Hyderabad in compliance to the directions of this Court dated 23.06.2025 passed in w.P. No.30118 of 2022.

7. Accordingly the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
