I.A.No.1 of 2018 is filed under Section 151 of C.P.C. seeking to close the revision petition in terms of Memorandum of Understanding dated 20.11.2017.

This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 22 of A.P. Buildings (Lease, Rent and Eviction) Control Act challenging the order dated 06.08.2015 passed in R.A.No.190 of 2012 on the file of the Court of the Chief Judge, City Small Causes Court at Hyderabad.

Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the petitioners filed I.A.No.1 of 2018 stating that the parties have settled the matter outside the Court; therefore, the petition may be closed.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents, I.A.No.1 of 2018 is allowed. Consequently, the Civil Revision Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
