THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION Nos.16495, 16496 and 20883 of 2009 COMMON ORDER:

Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

These writ petitions are filed declaring the action of the respondents and their subordinate officers in insisting the petitioners to obtain "Police Permits" and pay Rs.100/- per day in respect of the vehicles in question as illegal and arbitrary. It is submitted by both the learned counsel that the issue raised in these writ petitions is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court in W.P.No.28764 of 2008, dated 18-06-2014.

Following the same, these writ petitions are allowed directing the respondents not to insist the petitioners for payment of the amounts towards "Police permits", which is not authorized by law. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
