ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

"...to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the inertia/inaction of the official respondents 1 to 3 in exercising their powers and jurisdiction under the Andhra Pradesh Assigned Land (Prohibition of Transfers) Act, 9 of 1977 on the applications filed by the petitioner on 09-092010 and 01-10-2010 under Sections 3 & 4 of A.P. Assigned Land (Prohibition of Transfers) Act, 9 of 1977 seeking cancellation of D-Form Pattas and the pattadar pass books granted behind the back of the petitioner in favour of the unofficial respondents in respect of the land admeasuring Acs.6.52 cents in R.S.Nos.139/2 and 140/1 of Venkatapuram, Chintalapudi Mandal, West Godavari District as illegal, arbitrary and against the mandate of provisions of A.P.

Assigned Land (Prohibition of Transfers) Act, 9 of 1977."

At the hearing, Sri Nimmagadda Satyanarayana, the learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. To that effect, he addressed letter, dated 27.12.2013, to the Registry.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
