HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO SUO MOTU C.C.No.1897 of 2016 ORDER:

This Contempt Case was initiated against the respondent herein on the ground that he willfully disobeyed the order dt.17-08-2015 in I.A.No.140 of 2015 in O.S.No.20 of 2015 of the Senior Civil Judge, Huzurabad directing him to provide police aid to the petitioner as against respondent Nos.5 to 7 in the W.P.No.27471 of 2016. 2.

The respondent had filed counter affidavit stating that he took charge of the Kamalapur Police Station in Karimnagar District only on 26-08-2016 and he is extending police protection to the petitioner's lands since then. He has also pointed out that one T.Ganesh, S.I. of Police, was his predecessor in the Kamalapur Police Station between the period 17-08-2015 and 18-08-2016 when this Court granted interim order in W.P.No.27471 of 2016. 3.

Prima facie. it appears that Sri T.Ganesh, S.I. of Police, named in para-5 of the affidavit filed by the respondent herein had not implemented the order passed by the Civil Court referred to above. 4.

Therefore, Suo Motu Contempt Case No.1897 of 2016 is closed against the respondent herein. Registry to issue notice to Sri T.Ganesh, S.I. of Police, who is presently working in Jammikunta Town of Karimnagar district to show cause why proceedings Contempt of Court should not be initiated against him for willful

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
