HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM COMPANY PETITION No.219 OF 2014 ORDER:

Sri S. Niranjan Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequent to the order dated 01.06.2015 of this Court in Company Petition Nos.219, 220 and 221 of 2014, both the parties have entered into a Settlement Agreement dated 25.11.2015. Pursuant to which the respondent has agreed to pay a sum of Rs.4,20,00,000/- to the petitioner on or before 15.12.2015, accordingly the respondent has paid the agreed amount. It is further submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that Company Application No. 1934 of 2015 is filed to bring on record a copy of the Settlement Agreement dated 25.11.2015 and to seek permission of this Court to withdraw the Company Petition.

Recording the said submission, the Company Application No.1934 of 2015 is ordered and the Company Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall also stand closed.
