This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed by the petitioner, wherein, the following prayer is made:
"...to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the respondents in not implementing the orders of the 2'd respondent vide proceedings No'C/2238l zblg, aateo 08.05.2018 for payment of compensation to the petitioner as per the Government policy is illegal' arbitrary and unconstitutional, contrary to law and against the principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents to implement the orders of the 2nd respondent vide proceedings' No.C/2238/2018, dated 08.05.2018 for payment of compensation to the petitioner as per the Government policy and to pass orders....."

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents and perused the record.

In the course of submissions, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on written instructions, would submit that after release oF Budget from the Government, compensation amount would be paid to the families of the deceased persons as per the proceedings No.C/2238/2018, dated 08.05.2018 of the respondent No.2-District Collector, Yadadri Bhuvanagiri.

The learned counsel for the petitioner conceded the subrnission made by the /earned Assistant Government pieader for Reven ue.

Under these circumstances, after receipt of budget from the Government, the respondent No.4_Tahsildar, Alair Mandal, Yadadri-Bhuvanagiri District, is directed to disburse the compensation amount to the families of the deceased persons as per the proceedings No.Cl2238/2018, dated 08.05.2018 of the respondent No.2-District Collector, yadadri Bhuvanagiri. 6.
With the above direction, this Writ Petition is ordered. No costs.
