Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that batch of similar writ petitions was dismissed giving liberty to the petitioners to approach the Labour Court and raise a dispute.

Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed giving liberty to the petitioner to raise a dispute before the Industrial Tribunal or Labour Court. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
