...RESPoNDENTS Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ or Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in indicating the fee as Rs.15,500/- per student per annum vide notification No 1/Polycel 2014 notified in the website of the 4th respondent on 31.5.20'14 and published on 2.6.2O14 for admission into polytechnic courses in engineering and polytechnic colleges and the inaction of the 1st respondent in regard to the notification of the fee structures, as recommended by the committee constituted vide GO Ms. No. 625 dt. 22.8.2012, as arbitrary and illegal offending Article 14 of the constitution of lndia and issue a declaration that the petitioner colleges are entitled to collect the fee in polytechnic courses as per the recommendations of the committee
constituted under G.O. Ms. No. 625 dt. 22.8.2012 for and from the current academic year 2014-2015 and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of case. .A. NO: 21686 OF 2014 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the Respondents to permit the Petitioners herein to collect the tuition fees of Rs.21,000/- per student in polytechnic courses for the academic year 2O142015 in terms of the order passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P. No. 15803/2013 dt. 5.6.2013 and of the Order dated 13.6.2014 in W.P. No. 16231 of 2014 pending disposal of the above writ petition and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.

HON'BLE MRS JUSTICE SUREPALLI NANDA WRIT PETITION No.L7326 of 20L4 ORDERi Heard learned counset appearing on behalf of petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Education, appearing on behalf of respondents. PERUSED THE RECORD.

The petitioner approached the Court seeking prayer as u nder:
"to issue a Writ or Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in indicating the fee as Rs.15,500/- per student per annum vide notification No l/Polycet 2014 notified in the website of the 4th respondent on 31.5.2014 and published on 2.6.20L4 for admission into polytechnic courses in engineering and polytechnic colleges and the inaction of the 1't respondent in regard to the notification of the fee structures, as reiommended by the committee constituted vide GO Ms. No. 625 dt. 22.8.2012, as arbitrary and illegal offending Article 14 of the Constitution of India and issue a declaration that the petitioner colleges are entitled to collect the fee in polytechnic courses as per the recommendations of the committee constituted under G.O. 3. It is represented by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Education appearing on behalf of respondents that the cause of action in the present Writ petition does not survive for adjudication anymore.

Bringing the said submission of tearned Assistant Government Pleader for Education on record, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
lnterim orders granted by this Court on 25.06.2014, shall stands vacated.
