Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to One Time Settlement (OTS) Scheme introduced by the Government of Telangana, petitioner has settled the tax dispute with the State. Therefore, petitioner would like to withdraw the writ petition.
3. In vierv of the above, writ petition is dismissed on withdrawal.
