Heard Sri Bandi Sai Vamshi, learned counsel for the petitione r and learned Assistant Government pleader for Home appearing on behalf o[ respondent Nos.l and 2. 3.

The grievance of the petitioner that, the respondent No.2-pohce is interfering with the civil disputes between the petitioner and respondent No.3 in respect ol the schedule propertv in O.S.No.54 of 2026, despite pendency of civil proceedings before the competent Civil Court. 4.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel fbr the pr:titioner reiterated the contentions raised in the affida'it filed in suppcrt of the writ petition, and contended that the res pondent-polic. authorities are interfering with the civil disputes of the pctitioner, at the behest of unofrrcial respondent. 5.

Per contrct. learned Assistant Government pleader for Home u'ould conten d upon receipt of complaint from the petitioner, respondent No.2 investigated into the matter and closed :,'te case as <:ivil in nature and that thev are neither

J calling the petitioner to the police station nor interfering with the civil rights of the petitioner at the behest of respondent No.3. 6.

Recording the above said submissions, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
