Counsel for the petitioner has filed a letter dt.27.12.2015 before the Registrar (Judicial), High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad For the State of Telangana and for the State of Andhra Pradesh stating that he has been instructed by his client to withdraw this Writ Petition since the matter is settled out of Court. This request is also reiterated in the Court.

Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
