Heard learnr C counsel for petitioner Sri P Srinivas Rao and learned counsel for respon lents 1 to 4 and 6 to 9 Sri K Raghuveer Reddy. This c;ntempt case is filed alleging that respondents have ;
i , l violated the direct: rns issued by this Court in WPMP No. 34378 of 201,7 in WP No. 27678 cl2017 dated 21.8.2017. This Court taking note of the fact that unofficiz 1 respondents were unsuccessful before this Court regarding suspen:ion of the orders of the Joint Coilector dated 31.12.2010 on th: issue of ORC, prima facie, it cannot be said that entries made by tl Le Tahsildar in the year 2015 amounting to erroneous exercise of power "rarranting the Joint Collector to entertain the revision filed directly unde Section 9 of the Act, 1977 and setting aside the order of the Tahsildar cated 7.1.2015, granted interim suspension as prayed for. However, th s Court further observed that any decision taken in pursuant to the c( rrections made in the revenue records by the Tahsildar on 7.1.2O15 and ,.
ny action taken by the petitioners therein shall abide the result of the writ petition. Even .f what is stated by petitioner is correct, looking at the order passed by t ris Court, there was no such restriction imposed. This Court only obse -ved that any decision taken in pursr-tant to the corrections made in the revenue records by the Tahsildar on 7.1.2015 and any action tr ken by the petitioners herein shall abide the result of
the writ petition. Therefore, what is alleged does not amount to committing contempt of the orders of this Court warranting interference of this Court.
