THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R.KANTHA RAO WRIT PETITION NO.40779 OF 2014 ORDER:

The petitioner is a conductor in the respondent Corporation. While he was working at Ramachandrapuram Depot in East Godavari District, alleging some misconduct the Depot Manager imposed punishment of deferment of annual increment for a period of three months with cumulative effect. Aggrieved thereby, the petitioner filed the Writ Petition in W.P.No.19650/2006. In the said Writ Petition, this Court by its order dated 22.09.2006 modified the punishment as that of without cumulative effect. In spite of passing of the said order by this Court, the same has not been implemented by the respondents in spite of so many representations given to the respondents. The petitioner filed several representations including one which was made on 15.12.

2012 to implement the orders of this Court in the above writ petition, but so far according to the petitioner, the order passed in the above said writ petition has not been implemented. Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for both the parties. In the aforesaid circumstances, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to consider and dispose of the representation dated 15.12.2012 made by the petitioner in terms of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.19650/2006. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
