HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY WRIT PETITION Nos.5544, 5548, 5579, 5593 and 5594 of 2011 Date:31.12.2013 COMMON ORDER:
These Writ Petitions are filed for the following substantive relief:
"...to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly, one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the impugned action of respondent No.2 in remanding the appeal in Ref. No. D.Dis.No.E/689/2010, dated 07.05.2010, respondent No.3 to adjudicate the matter afresh is illegal, void ab initio and contrary to Article 300-A of the Constitution of India and also contrary to the provisions of Section 3 & 4 of the Andhra Pradesh Assigned Lands (Prohibition of Transfers) Act, 1977." A common letter, dated 26.12.2013, has been addressed by Sri M.Jayaram Reddy, the learned counsel for the petitioners, to the Registrar (Judicial) in all these Writ Petitions, wherein it has been stated that his clients have instructed him to withdraw the Writ Petitions in view of the changed circumstances. In view of the same, all these Writ Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petitions, W.P.M.P.Nos.6889, 6893, 6927, 6953 and 6954 of 2011 are dismissed as infructuous.
