JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble Sri. Justice B. Vijaysen Reddy) It is represented by Mr. P. Prabhakar Reddy, the learned counsel for the respondent Nos.1 to 14, that vacate stay petition in I.A.No.2 of 2020 in W.P.No.8575 of 2020 is already filed by the appellant before the learned Single Judge and the same is coming up for hearing. However, the learned Senior Counsel, Mr. S. Niranjan Reddy, submitted that pursuant to the interim order, complaining non-compliance, C.C.No.1127 of 2020 has been filed. Hence, he is pressing for grant of interim order in the writ appeal. Mr. P. Prabhakar Reddy undertakes not to press for orders in C.C.No.1127 of 2020 until vacate petition in I.A.No.2 of 2020 in W.P.No.8575 of 2020 is heard and orders are passed on merits. Recording such undertaking of Mr. P. Prabhakar Reddy, the writ appeal is closed as no further orders are necessary. There shall be no order as to costs.
