Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel for the respondents No.1 and 2.

Show cause notice dated 2L.O5.2O26 was issued to the petitioner alleging that he has made unauthorized construction of G+1 upper floor in property bearing H.No.22-6-1024/A, r,ani calli, Charminar, Hyderabad. Petitioner submitted reply dated 02.06.2026 to the show cause notice.

Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing for some time fairly submitted that enquiry is pending pursuant to the show cause notice and it would suffice if respondent No.2 is directed to
consider the reply submitted to show cause notice as expeditiousely as possible.

In the light of the above submissions, writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.2 to consider explanation of the petitioner dated 02.06.2026 and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of four(4) weeks from the receipt of a copy of this order.
The miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as costs.
