HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL No.2823 of 2001 JUDGMENT:

This appeal is preferred against orders dated 19.08.1999 in O.P.No.194 of 1996 on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Wanaparthy, whereunder, the petition filed to set aside Arbitration Award dated 05.08.1996 is dismissed against which the Government preferred the present appeal.

2. It is represented that the entire amount covered by the Award is already deposited and no cause survives.

3. Recording the representation of learned Government Pleader for Arbitration, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, in this Appeal, shall stand closed.
