Ileard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Nos. I to 4. With their consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.
The main grievance of the petitioner is that the respondcnts are not providing electrical service connection/ meter in respect of Plot No.08, admeasuring 484 square yards, in Survey No. I 007 situated at Century Hills, Kukatpally Revenue Village, Balanagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, within the limits of Kukatpally Ci rcle.
The learned counsel foi the petitioner has stated that thor-rgh the petittoner has submittcd an appiication to the rcsponclents along *,ith necessary documents for providing electricity service connection to the subject plot, thc respondents are relusing to receive the same. The learned counsel has also stated that in similar circumstances, this Court has passed orders in W.P.No.10869 of 2O2O, dated 2 t .07.2O2O.
Sri lt. Vinod Ileddy, the learned Standing Counsel, on instructions, submits that if thc pctitioner files an application afresh, the same would be processcd and necessary orders would be passed and the same would be intimated to the petitioner. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to rhe petitioner to file an application afresh for providing electricity service connection to the subject pbt within a period of onc wcek lrom the date of receipt of a copy ol this order. On such application being lilcd, the rcspondcnts
shall receive and process the same and pass necessary orders thereon in accordance with the prescribed procedure and communicate the same to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks thereafter.
The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any' shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs'
