At the outset, the appellants have tendered an unconditional apologz for any act or omission made inadvertently in good faith which may amount to disobedience of the order passed by this Court. They have also stated that they have got high regards for the orders passed by this Court and they have always made all possibie endeavours to implement the orders passed by this Court liom time to time.

It has been informed that the order passed by this Court has been complied with.

In the considered opinion of this Court, though there is a delay in complying with the order passed by this Court, however, the fact is that the orcter passed by this Court has been complied with and therefore, the present Contempt Appeals stand disposed of and the sentence imposed on the appellants by the leal'ned Single Judge is hereby set aside. There shall be no order as to costs.
