THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.15527 of 2014 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to release lorry bearing registration No.AP 27 V 3933 seized in Cr.No.662 of 2014 on the file of Prohibition & Excise Station, Kazipet, Warangal district in favour of the petitioner on executing a personal bond to the satisfaction of the Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class for Prohibition & Excise cases, Warangal.

At the time of arguments, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that by the time of filing of the present petition, the vehicle was released in favour of the person concerned. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, no further orders need be passed in this petition. Accordingly this petition is closed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
