...RESPONDENTS Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents No. 1 to 4 in not following the Qutub Shahi Royalty during the Moharrum days followed the by Shia Muslims for a period of 68 days in Hyderabad Old City on 26-06-2026 and not considering the Representation of the petitioner dated 09-06-2026 as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of Principles of Natural Justice and in violation of Articles 14, 16,19,21 and 300-4 of the Constitution of lndia, consequently direct the respondents No.l to 4 to follow the Qutub Shahi Royalty during the Moharrum days followed by Shia Muslims for a period of 68 days in Hyderabad Old City by following the Order passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P. No.

1 861 9 of 2024 dated 1 5-07-2024 and \N.P . No 1 9 1 08 ol 2025 dated 04-07-2025 asper the Old route Map on 26-06-2026 by permitting the Shia Muslims to perform their Moharrum to maintain brotherhood between the Shia and other religious believers in peaceful manner to co-operate the respondents to implement the religious rights and continue the Qutub Shahi royalty by protecting the mournamen(p and muslim rights by following procedure of law without any fail.

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking appropriate measures for carrying out Qutub Shahi Royalty procession during the Moharrum days in Old City, Hyderabad

2. Heard Mr.V.R.Malnepalli, learned counsel for the petitioner and the Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents No.1 to 4.

Learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents No.1 to 4 submitted that respondent authorities are making necessary bandobust and security arrangements and are deploying sufficient she teams at the venue for the

Moharram procession and related events to ensure their smooth, peaceful and orderly conduct.

4. In view of the above submission, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, ii any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
