This Writ Petition is filed seeking the following relief: "...to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of Respondent Nos.6 ancl 7 in repeatedly summoning, detaining and threatening lhe Petitioner with coercive dction in connection with Cime No.384 of 2026 of Madhura Nugur Police Stqtion, Hyderabud, and compelling her to execute an undertaking under duress, without folktwing Section 35 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 and the law laid down in Arnesh Kumar v. Leamed counsel for the petitioner submitted that one of the customers of Kosamattam Finance Limited had pledged her gold and thereafter upon payment ofloan amount, her gold was released to her husband. However, respondent No.8 who had kept the original receipt with herself, has lodged a complaint and therefore, crime in FIR No.384 of 2026 was registered against the petitioner and two others. It is further submitted that the petitioner, being the Branch Manager of Kosamattam Finance Limited, acted only in the discharge of her official duties and has been falsely implicated in Crime No.384 of 2026 and the police are repeatedly visiting the office of the petitioner, threatening the staff, and harassing them. 3.
Leamed Assistant Govemment Pleader for Home, appearing for respondents No.l to 7, has produced a copy of the written instructions received by him, wherein it is stated that, after registering the FIR, the investigation is in progress and the statements of complainant and her husband were already recorded and the statements of other material witnesses are yet to be recorded, and the relevant documentary and electronic evidence is
TMD,J wP 20405 2026 being collected for a fair and comprehensive investigation. It is denied that there is any illegal harassment by the police. 4.
Taking the above facts into consideration, this Court observes that the police have to complete the investigation. For the said purpose, they may visit the office of the petitioner. However, the respondent police are directed to conduct the investigation strictly in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
