ORDER

Heard Sri A. Radha Krishna, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-lll appearing for the respondents and perused the material on record.. With their consent., this Writ Petition is taken up fcrr disposal at the stage of admission itself.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is questioning the action of the respondents in not

SK, J W.P.No.20452 ol 2026 releasing the petitioner's pensionary benefits despite token numbers having already been raised by the respondent authorities for payment of the amounts payable to the petitioner as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the /is raised in the present writ petition has already been adiudicated by the Division Bench of this court in w.P.No.2313B of 2025, whictr was disposed of uide order dated 03.09.2025 and thus prayed to pass a similar ord.er in the present Writ Petition also.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-lll did not dispute the submission made by learned counsel for thc: petitioncr with regard to disposa_l of w.p.No.2313g of 2o2s dated 03.09 .20:25 and submits that the respondents will release the amounts on a priority basis of the token numbers and prayed this Court to pass appropriate orders. 5.

Having reg;ard to the above made submissions and for the reasons alike in the orde' dated o3.o9.2o2s passecl by the

W@ -.*.4;.-r=a&&FSK, J W.P.No.20452 ot 2026 Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.23138 of 2025, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to ensure that the entire amount payable to the petitioner is released as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (6) weeks from today, faiting which, the entire amount with regard to the retiral benefits shall carry interest at the rate of 1O7o per annum from the date the amount fell due till the actual date of its payment.
