HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P.No.9520 of 2005 ORDER:

It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioners that Land Grabbing Case No.167 of 1997 filed by the State was dismissed. The same is questioned by the State in W.P.No.19106 of 2010. In view of the dismissal of the LGC, this Court is of the opinion that the cause in the writ petition does not survive any longer for adjudication.

The writ petition is, accordingly, closed. The grievances of the petitioners, if any, are to be worked out in W.P.No.19106 of 2010. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall also stand closed.
