THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE B.CHANDRA KUMAR Contempt Case No.2069 of 2013 ORDER:

Sri Sunil Kumar Reddy, learned standing counsel for APSRTC submitted that having regard to the orders of the Hon'ble High Court dated 13.06.2013 in W.P. No.16616 of 2013, the 1st respondent has complied the same by issuing the proceedings No.L4/785(66)/2013-GHZ, dated 27.09.2013. However, learned standing counsel for petitioner submits that there are other posts such as attender, stores assistant etc., admittedly the petitioner's leg was amputed and it is visible to the naked eye that he cannot be in a position to work as Shramik.

In the above circumstances, the petitioner is permitted to make a representation to the respondent and the respondent shall examine his case sympathetically and pass appropriate orders. Subject to the observation made supra, the Contempt Proceedings are closed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Contempt Case shall stand closed.
