1. Earlier this Court dismissed the Appeal insofar as Accused Nos. l to 3,6 and 7 are concerned. The Appeal has to be heard insofar as A-4/ Garlapati Shiva Kumar is concerned.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, I I learned Additional Public Prosecutor produced a letter dated 30.12.2024 before this Court addressed to him by Sub-lnspector of Police, Malkajgiri Police Station and informed that A-4/Garlapati Shiva Kumar died on 19.12.2024. The death certificate of A-4/Garlapati Shiva Kumar is also enclosed along with the letter'
3. On account of death of A-4/Garlapati Shiva Kumar, the Appeal stands abated against him. The death certi{ic ate of A-4 lGarlapati Shiva Kumar is made part of record.
