Heard Sri l. Raghu Ram, learned counsel for the petitloners, Sri A. lagan, learned Government Pleader for Prohibition and Excise, appearing for the respondents No.1 to 5. Perused the material on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the respondent No.3 issued the Election Notification and fixed the date of elections of Toddy Tappers Co-operatlve Society Ltd', Mahaboob Nagar District, to be held on 04.07.2026, and excluded the petitioners' names without passing any remarks. during the pendency of the W.P.No.17601 of 2026 filed by the petitioners on 08.06.2026.

Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that the petitioners, as per the orders of this Court in W'P.No.14585 of 2026, dated 01.05.2026, submitted a representation on 02.05.2026 before the 6th respondent claiming their membership in Toddy Toppers Co-operative society, but the same is ended in arbitrary exclusion of their names, as such, they filed the above W.P. No. W.P.No.1760l of 2026 and the same is pending for adjudication. Meanwhile, the respondent No.3 had issued the said impugned Notification, dated 24.06.2026 and fixed the date of elections of

Toddy Tappers Co-operative Society Ltd., Mahaboob Nagar District, to be held on 04.07.202b.

5, Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that without inclusion of petitioners' names, if the elections are conducted, they would be put to irreparable loss, and the respondents may be directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioners on 02.05.2026 and to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

Learned Government Pleader For Prohibit on and Excise, appearing for the respondents did not dispute the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner!; with regard to conducting of elections of Toddy Tappers Co-operative Society Ltd., Mahaboob Nagar District, on 04.07.2026.

In view of the above, this Court is of the corsidered view that a direction to the respondents, without going into the merits oF the case, would meet the ends of justice.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition ls disposed of , dlrecting the respondent authorities to consider the repr3sentation of the petitioners dated 02.05.2026 and pass apprc,priate orders in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within

a period of one (1) week From the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
