The petitioner approached the Court seeking prayer as u nder:
\ "to issue any Writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 1't Respondent in not granting approval to the petitioners for conducting Post Graduate Courses in Architecture in the 2nd Petitioner Institution as illegal, arbitrary and t u nconstitutiona I and direct the 1't Respondent to grant approval to the 2nd Petitioner Institution to conduct Post Graduate courses in Architecture and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case. "
3. It is represented by Mr.Mehboob Ali, Iearned Standing Counsel for AICTE, appearing on behalf of respondent No.1 that, the cause of action in the present Writ petition does not survive for adjudication anymore because the grievance of the
petitioner pertaining to the consideration of the petitioner's application seeking approval for conducting Post Graduate Courses in Architecture in the 2nd petitioner's institution for the Academic Year 2014-15 had been considered. 4.
Bringing the said submission of learned Standing Counsel for AICTE for respondent No.1 on record, the Writ Petitaon is dismissed as infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petition shall also stand dismissed.
