Despite the matter being posted today under the caption 'For Dismissal', there is no representation for the revision petitioner. However, in view of the orders passed by this Court in C.R.P. Nos.3431 of 2016 and 4737 of 2016 of even date, from the settled legal position, he is entitled to police aid and at liberty either to file an application for violation of injunction order in execution under Order XXI Rule 32 C.P.C or under Order XXXIX Rule 2A C.P.C by virtue of this order. 2) Accordingly, the revision is closed. No order as to costs. 3) Consequently, Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this Revision, shall stand closed.
