THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.2428 of 2011 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/A1 and A2 in Crime No.17 of 2011 of Gollapalem Police Station, East Godavari District, registered for the offences under Sections 323, 506 IPC and Section 3(1)(x) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

Learned counsel for the petitioners requested this court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal petition as the matter was settled between the parties out of court. A letter to that effect is also addressed to the Registrar (Judicial). Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in the criminal petition shall stand closed.
