O R D E R

Complaining that the respondents - revenue authorities have disobeyed the orders of this court dated 20.11.2012 passed in W.P.Nos.18741 of 2009, the petitioners filed the present contempt case.

2. The petitioners, claiming to be the legal heirs of protected tenant late Severam, in respect of certain land situate at Shaikpet village, Hyderabad mandal, made representations 21.5.2008 to the Deputy Director of Land Records, Hyderabad for demarcation of the petition schedule land for restoring the land to them. As there was inaction on the part of the Deputy Director, filed the writ petition in W.P.No.18741/2009. The petitioners also made another application dated 17.2.2010 to the Tahsildar, for restoration of possession and as there was inaction on the part of the authority, filed another writ petition in W.P.No.13510 of 2010. This court by common order dated 20.11.2012 directed the Depty Director, Survey and Land Records, Hyderabad, who is the 2nd respondent in W.P.No.18741 of 2009 and the Tahsildar, who is the 3rd respondent in W.P.No.13510 of 2010, to pass appropriate orders on the representations of the petitioners after due notice to them, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. As no orders were passed, the

petitioners filed the contempt case in W.P.No.18741 of 2009.

3. No representations for the petitioners.

4. The learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that in pursuance of the orders of this court, the respondent - Deputy Director has passed orders in memo No.A5/1602/2009 dated 21.12.2003 on the representation of the petitioners.

5. In view of the proceedings dated 21.12.2003 it is clear that the order passed by this court has been complied with and hence I do not find any contempt on the part of the respondent and the contempt case is accordingly closed. No costs.
