WP.No.26397 of 2015 is filed for a Mandamus to declare the inaction of respondent Nos.1 & 2, in taking decision on the proposal submitted by respondent Nos.3 & 4 on 09.06.2015 in connection with price variation in the works covered by Agreement No.6/2012-13, dated 23.04.2012, entered between the petitioner and respondent No.3 for execution of the same, as illegal and arbitrary..

Pending the Writ Petition, the petitioner has filed WPMP.No.54084 of 2015 seeking permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition on the ground that the same has become infructuous.

In view of the same, WPMP.No.54084 of 2015 is allowed and WP.No.26397 of 2015 is dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition,
