Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue. With their consent, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage. 2.
The present writ petition came to be filed with the following prayer:
" ....to issue a writ, order or a direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the inaction of respondent No.4 in issuing the pattadar pass books to the petitioner in Survey No.33/ 5 for the land admeasuring Acs.5.31 cents situated in Vanka Somida Village, Mentada Mandal, Vizianagaram District, as illegal and arbitrary."

Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioners restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondent-authorities to consider the application dated 28.08.2015 made by the petitioner seeking issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed in favour of the petitioner. Learned Government Pleader does not dispute the same, provided the said application is endorsed.

Having regard to the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent - Tahsildar to consider the application dated 28.08.2015 made by the petitioner for issuance of pattadar passbook and title deed, in respect of the land admeasuring Acs.5.31 cents in Survey No.33/ 5 situated at Vanka Somida Village,
CPK,J WP_46359_2016 Mentada Mandal, Vizianagaram District, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and pass appropriate orders thereon, in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner and the aggrieved persons if any, provided no endorsements are made till date, in respect of the above property by the authorities.
Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
