1 This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioners / A.2 to A.7 in C.C.No.386 of 2012 on the file of the Court of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Vikarabad, Ranga Reddy District.

At the time of arguments, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the parties have settled the matter before the Lod Adalat on 12.09.2015.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, no further orders need be passed in this petition. Accordingly this petition is closed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
