THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE L. NARASIMHA REDDY and THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT F.C.A.No.411 of 2012 JUDGMENT: - (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice L. Narasimha Reddy) This appeal is filed against the order and decree dated 21.11.2012 passed by the Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar in O.P.No.528 of 2008 that was filed by the respondent herein under Section 13(1)(1a) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 for divorce. Through the decree under appeal, the trial Court passed a decree for judicial separation.

The appeal was listed on several occasions and hardly there was any representation for the appellant. Ultimately, an order was passed on 03.06.2013 directing that the appeal be listed today under the caption "for dismissal". There is no representation today also. Hence, the appeal is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs. The Miscellaneous Petitions filed in this revision shall stand disposed of.
