This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief; " to issue a Wit, Order or direction, more particularlg a Wit of Mandamus, decLaing the action of the 2"d respondent in not sending the Seruice Registers to tle 3d respondent, inspite of permission accorded bg the 1"t respondent in D.DIS No.A1/ 457O5/ 2004,dated 12.10.2004 as arbitrary, illegal and uiolatiue of pinciples of ruatural justice and Articles 14,21 and 3O0A of the Constitution of India. and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to send the Seruice Registers of the Petitioners to the 3d Resporudent for taking appropriate action regardirug fixation of their Pensionary benefits. "

The Executive Oflicer of the respondent No.2 filed the counter stating that they submitted service registers to the Audit Officer i.e., the respondent No.3 and the respondent No.3 in turn returned the service books along with the proceedings stating that they shall be paid as per the pension scheme, as contemplated in G.O.Ms.No.839, dated 03.12.1999 of the Government of Andhra Pradesh.
3. In view of the same, the grievance of the petitioners have already considered and redressed by the respondent
No.2 temple. Therefore, no further orders need be passed in this Writ petition.
With the above observation, the Writ petition is accordingly closed. No costs.
Consequently, miscellaneous petition s pending, if any, shall stand closed.
