THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION Nos.26965, 26990 and 26973 of 2009 COMMON ORDER:

Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

These writ petitions are filed challenging the proceedings No.H7/7691/2009, dated 30-11-2009 issued by the 2nd respondent. This Court by order dated 09-12-2009 suspended the said proceedings.

As the said interim order is in force till today, the writ petitions are accordingly allowed setting aside the proceedings No.H7/7691/2009, dated 30-11-2009 issued by the 2nd respondent. However, if the 2nd respondent feels that any violation is still continued by the petitioners, the 2nd respondent is at liberty to inspect the premises of the petitioners and take necessary action in accordance with law. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
